the new bike has gotten hotter. i installed flow through pipes, it sounds a little better also. the air clener was changed to a high flow system and the carb has a couple of changes to allow for bettr gas flow.

the engine is taken down as far as i want, the rebuild a few years ago still has the bottom end in good condition. i still have to make my plan but the expected ride date is 12 oct 06.
the skeleton frame is shown, only the handlebars need to come off and then the rebuild can begin. the frame needs to be painted but maybe even powder coated. many of the engine parts will be powder coated for a lasting and high sheen.

one day we scored a bag of oysters

taken on a cold wintery day in the low country. we had to drive in 70 degree weather to drop toys off for children. it was a good cause so we endured.

when one looks carefully at the center of the picture one can see an abandoned feline.

this was supposed to be a picture of the two and one half dozen oysters casino that anne made. oops. we ate them so fast i forgot to photograph them first. but anyway this is a picture from the rally in raliegh and it is of miller beer and we drank miller beer while we where eating the oysters casino. tomorrow night we are going with oysters rockerfeller. i'll start adding some motorcycle rebuilding photos soon.

a friend offerred some oysters yesterday. we accepted and yummed them right up. in the next day or so we have oyster stew, oysters rockerfeller, oysters casino ans the ver popular RAW. we have to work fast, the temp is about sixty two and we are going to ride this after, (that's pennsylvania dutch for afternoon).
