Title: Antique key holder

This is an old key hold that this lady gave to me..She said it was her great or great great grandmothers and very old....the lady herself is around 70....I was just wanting some more information on it.  Thanks!  the middle piece is brass, i think, and "keeper of the keys" is engraved on it

I was searching for it yesterday and came up with nothin. how are the hooks and brass plate attached? can you show the back and maybe a little clearer pic of the front? Any other markings on it at all?
