Title: Bigelow lithograph help!!!

I recently bought a lithograph by bigelow it is authenticicated by the COLLIER ART CORPORATION it is title the "ramblee", it says APR 04 77.  And A/P on the bottom left side. It has the registry number in the back.Does anyone know who this Bigelow is? Could it be Robert Clayton Bigelow?Or anyone knows anything about the COLLIER ART CORPORATION? Value? I hope that someone can help me, thanks."

A picture would be nice, but the lithos by Bigelow on eBay are around $20.00 dollars.

A?P would indicate "artists proof" !!  Need to see it as well as the paperwork  !!
