Just got another cool item at goodwill today, was going to post it but figured I need to look into what it is first. It is made of thin gauge brass, and opens up, I have not look into it yet, but figured I might give it a try here first and we can all learn something.

It would seem that with your nibs shaking around on the inside, they would not stay sharp anyway. I will have to go with the experts but still I'm a bit unimpressed with the conclusion. :-\ :D

Being on dial up I don`t always get to see all the links posted !! Sometimes I post whatever I can find then go back and look at the others later !! Some will open for me and some don`t !!

Ironlord1963, although unimpressive to those these days, this was quite a nice and influential piece back in it's time!
Sorry it wasn't something to gain more $$$ for Goodwill! You do a great job!
