Title: 5 DOLLAR 1974 error

hi all.

here is a 5 DOLLAR 1974 error:
discretion: there is a printing error in the  serial number and the federal mark are not in the correct place.

is this rare error?

and what do you think is worth ?

About $10-15 in that condition, i think.

wow so cheap the asking price is 120$  :-\
