Title: Age of sulky horse weathervane

This one measures 28in long and 23 1/2in tall.  Unlike the sulky and rider, the horse is only 1-sided.  I'm wondering how old the piece is and if it's anything special.

Appears to be a Curtis Jere wall sculpture from the 1980's. They show up on eBay at times, offered in the $100 to $200 range.
