Hi I'm new here. I have 8 photos of Elvis from the tupulo fait from terry wood. I'm trying g to find a value for them. Any help?
-
Are they originals or stock photos that have been published before ?? Where did you get them ?? Can you post a pic or two ??
http://auction.graceland.com/Incredible_Terry_Wood_Photography_Archive_Chronicl-LOT768.aspx
Here is an auction that sold or is selling (didn`t check the date) 43 of the photo negatives from that performance !! Value would depend on how many were printed and sold either by Wood or the person that bought them !!

Yes, please post an example.

How are they signed by Wood ??

They are original with Terry Wood copyright. Got them from a collection in tuplelo Mississippi from a guy that bought them from terry many years ago also have the original folder the photos came in from Terrys studio. Each photo has a description of it on a separate peace of paper telling about the photo.how to I put the pics on here?

Just click on Reply then look below where it says Attachments and other options,,click on that and you will see where it says Choose File,,click on it and you should see your pics !! Click on the pic you want,, then on Open at the bottom !! In the attachment box you will see the title for your pic,, then just click on Post same as if you were just replying !! Give it plenty of time to load !! Make sure your pic is within the size limit !! If you post two pics the size for each should be about 1500KB !! For 4 pics,,1000KB each !! A single pic can be 4000KB but smaller is usually better !!

The photos that have been previously published are worth far less than those that have not been published !! I would start with the site above to get a feel for their worth !! Often just talking to those that might be interested will tell you a lot !! It would be hard for any of us to guess at value since we are not in that collectors group !! I would say that with the info you have and if they are hand signed by Wood and they have not been published before,,you should do very well at auction!! But the more collectors that know about them ,,the better !! Especially before you sell them !! So visit a few collectors groups as well as fan clubs and facebook !! Keep a list of sites so you can make them aware of when they will be selling !! Advertising is important !!
Please come back here and let us know what you find out !!
