Magnifying glass and glasses! Drives me crazy. I play a lot of tennis on hard true. The balls get grey and they're hard for me to see. I'm on a quest to find the best solution. I've tried contacts. I'm also on a quest to fine the best sport sunglasses.

Good luck with that search !!

Thread made me laugh. I just thought greenacres thought it was a Smart Shave because of the pitcher and bowl! LOLOL
Never dawned on me Arnart and 5th Ave is what they thought they were seeing!

KC, this is what happens when you are old. Hanging around dementa patients make you question your sanity. One person is humming. The other guy keeps saying "even Steven" my mother in law makes like she watching the news, and then there's Ruth! She's a class unto herself, lol. Ruth wanted to leave with my husband last week. He aid "Oh no your not"! So driving there the next time he says" Do we have room in our case"? I said "why"? Answer: Room for Ruth, lol. I'm lucky I know my name.

Found this By Arnart 5th Avenue https://www.etsy.com/listing/182414785/vintage-porcelain-royal-paisley-blue
Pattern name is Royal Paisley
Arnart, American importer that's been in business in New York City since 1953. The company has used several different names and marks, including some that indicated it had offices in Japan or imported goods from Japan. Many of the pieces were made to resemble Victorian and early 20th-century objects. As of 2010 it was operating as part of Barrington House/Arnart International. I would try Barrington house if they are still up & running :)

Made me laugh greenacres. Sorry you are having to go through all of this but I sure am enjoying seeing all the pieces!
-
Lol, I have boxes full. Stuff everywhere. I can't keep everything or my husband will shoot me!

Yepper...right there with you on that one! I could keep what I have but he furrows the brows when I get more! So, get rid of the less desired by me (hopefully more desired by others) and buy the new desired ones! :)
