I bought out an atiic and found many antique bottles. This one bottle is from Memphis Tn P. Twohig which I think is Patrick Twohig.I found just a little information on him.Found a youtube video but that's all.Anybody know a site or auction I can go too for price guide and more information.Ebay doesn't have any so I listed mine but not sure it's the right price.I need juat a site or auction.

Patrick Twohig began as an agent for Fleming Ale circa 1870, at 152 Front St and shortly began his own company bottling Cider Ale and Soda Water at 202 Vance. By 1880, he had stopped the bottling and had a saloon at 301 Second Street.

I know he passed away but check Digger O`Dell`s site !! There are other bottle collecting sites that are good too !!
Kovels has it priced at $55. but that was in 1997 !! Their price guides are way out of date !! Current price just depends on who wants one and how bad they want it !!

It appears Susiecat started the bidding on Ebay at $300 and one bid has been place! Ends in 22 hours and 4 minutes so get your bid in now ;D

Just shows how the market has changed in 20 years or so !!

There's a big bottle collector's club in Memphis....found it while searching. And here is a historic look at some of the bottles should SusieCat need it for other bottle information:

Nice!
My inlaws had lots of bottles next to the family homestead in a shed that we know were very collectible. My sis-in-law saw some guy coming out of the yard one day with a large bag full of ??? Later discovered that he, and others?, had emptied the shed of the bottles! :(
-
I hope your sis-in-law got that guys name...not nice, KC! Terrible people :(

Thats when the old shotgun comes in handy !!

Nope, they never found out who it was who took the bottles. Sad!
Had it been at our home he would have been met with a visual/verbal persuasion that he was in the wrong place.

Thanks everybody!!!!!!

We know that the several bottles that my in-laws kept in a shed close to the family farm were very valuable. One day, my sister-in-law witnessed a man emerge from the yard with a big bag filled with??? Later found out that he and perhaps others had removed all the bottles from the shed! It's not nice, KC, and I hope your sister-in-law gets that guy's name! terrible individuals!!!
