Could anyone tell me anything about this lamp? If it has any worth to it?

Very nice lamp.  If it's signed (shade and base) it's worth between 350 to $500 if there are no cracks or breakage in the slag glass and has its original socket(s).  B&H shades are signed on the inside bottom of one of the metal pieces holding one of pieces of slag glass.
