i found this toy it's in great shape allbut the paper roll is missing does any one no if its worth much or more history about this toy all i found is that it was made by Vintage Child's Rolling Picture ChalkboardMason & Parker Mfg. Winchendon, Massachusetts, 1899 - 1966.
Founders H. N. Parker and Orlando Mason were specialized in pressed-steel transportation toys. In 1907 however, they switched to wooden products, including proven standard, Boy's Tool Chest. This would indicate your piece was made sometime after 1907. Mason & Parker Manufacturing Company was a Branch of National Novelty Corporation 826-828 Broadway, New York  in 1907, I can only guess if this one is like yours, condition is a factor in price & this one has the paper roll  http://www.rubylane.com/shops/essentials8/item/ca576
