Title: Little help please- Take 2

Hi I recently picked up this vase and have had no luck tracing the mark. It is a capital R with lines that look like a Y. Hope you can help. Not really sure wjether this is old new or junk lol. The design is very raised and it is of a dragon (you can see the had in the top centre of the image) and it is surrounded by what look like flowers.

Can you describe the design around the base of the vase?

Looks like dragon motif 2 me .
