Approx. 8x10, takes approx 4x5 pic, picture doesn't go with it, backs are a little ripped but all there... can anyone give me any info on these?

Can anyone give me an idea of what these frames are called, the era, the value? anything about them, they seem to be handmade, holds 5x7 pictures, pictures don't go with them, one has leg on back, the other one is missing.

I have an 8x10 picture, see attached, in an old frame, picture is glued onto glass, I was told this is 75-100 yrs old. does anyone have any ideas on the picture or the frame? I know nothing of these things but I have a whole bunch that I got from my mother.

I have an etching by jno h. millspaugh named Late Summer which is signed, would anyone have any idea on the value of this.. I can put a picture on in a day or two.. thanx

Antique Questions Forum / Antique Cheese Safe

In going through my mother's estate, we have found an antique cheese box that my grandparent's used in their store.  It is called the Knight Cheese Safe, pat. Feb 11, 1879, mfg. by A.T. Whitaker. It is made of wood and has glass on the sides.... Does anyone know anything about these or the value? we are cleaning out her house to get the estate closed out.  thank you.  I am a new member and hope that I did this right..
