I have inherited a very heavy gun-metal backed ornate necklace and earring set - Schreiner, New York on the back.  The necklace is in great condition- but the earrings are not.  The stones in necklace are various blue and turquoise rhinestones as well as blue and turquoise opaque stones - any idea about these pieces and value??

Is there any value to a piece that is a reproduction hummel - has hummel foil sticker on the base - states hand painted. Piece inherited was Happy Pastime.
