I think it's a boy. The book he's reading has an image of Mickey Mouse with the words, "contento ora".
I would be interested to learn more about it, and whether or not it has any value. Sorry, these mobile phone images aren't the best.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. It attracts plenty of admirers but I know nothing about it.
The base (last image) has what appears to be "A" with a "G" underneath, and then "W W" below that. Thanks.
