Antique Questions Forum / Need help on Italian Vase...

I recently acquired an antique vase. It measures 7" high and has a lot
of blues and greens in it. Flowerey type designs. On the bottom of the
vase it has Italy and the #'s 596-428 underneath it. Above the word
Italy there is a picture of a little house with the sun above it  handdrawn
in black. Maybe somebody can give me some insight on this vase.

I have a Ardalt covered dish. On the back it has written
Ardalt
Daligo Lustru ( or o , not sure)
There is a handdrawn picture of a person holding something and then
Italy under that.
Can anybody come up with any information on this piece or just about
the writing on the back. Thank you.
