Is that scene handpainted or is it transfer?

It appears to be a transfer.

Well, as I said, I cannot be certain if it is indeed a Murano Glass bowl. I'm not even sure how old it is but when looking at it, it seems to me to have a distinctive Art Nouveau feel to it. It also has a very smooth base which perplexes me (although I've had other vintage items that had a new looking base).

Sorry, I'll take another picture of the whole lamp tomorrow. And something I want to mention is that the base portion of the lamp appears to be missing and the fixture and cord appear newer than the body and base of the lamp.

I've searched for several hours online trying to figure this out and can't find anything similar enough to give me a clue. I found this at the Goodwill and would like to sell it if it is of value.  It's a small, bedroom type lamp and has no identifying marks.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I've searched for several hours online trying to figure out if this is a Murano glass bowl and can't find anything similar enough to give me a clue. I found this at the Goodwill and would like to sell it if it is of value.  It's very large; approx. 14.5 inches across.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated. TIA
