I have these hand painted pieces of glass, and no idea who the artist is. There are no markings on the glass. Any Ideas as to worth or artist?

i have no idea the value or what it is other then an old chest. Im looking to sell it so i don't want to sell it for a low price and then later realize it is worth way more. The compartment inside comes out. And the handles are made of leather. It is also made of tin and wood. There is paper on the inside. No markings. Except a 237 number on the bottom.

i have about 30 pieces of milk glass and i have no idea what they are worth. Can anyone help me on their value? And where can i sell them other then ebay? THanks in advance!
