I have a cedar chest that has "Patent Applied For" stamped in the inside of lid,a newspaper in bottom dating to 03/15/42 colorado springs gazette& telegraph.I'm trying to find out anything possible about this chest. it has brass rolled and tapped across top and down front, skeleton key hole, fish type design on sides and on cedar wood rollers.Any info appreciated or where to go from here.TYK,cajuncook
