Antique Questions Forum / Curtain stretcher

Can someone help me?? I am new to forum and wanted to know if anyone knows about curtain stretchers? I had found one at an old farmhouse I had bought. It is still in the box. The box is very very old and was opened. I do not know if I have all the pieces to it. I have searched everywhere on the internet to try to find a diagram of one of to find how much it is worth with no luck.  Thanks
