Antique Questions Forum / CERAMIC ORIENTAL STYLE VASE BY JS

I picked up an oriental style vase stamped JS & Made in Austria on the bottom. It is blue with a picture of two Victorian? style ladies pictured on it and is in very good condition. I can't find any information regarding the maker JS or the value of the vase but it appears to be quite old. Does anyone know anything about the maker or value of this vase? Thanks for your input.
