We recently acquired a cup and saucer, but cannot seem to find any info on it; it appears to be hand painted over a transfer, dark blue and gold leaf. It has a horse and rider on the cup and the same on the saucer with a woman feeding pigeons. It has an unusual handle on the cup that is twisted and split at the top. The saucer has a smooth base (no ring for the cup to sit in); I was told that it may be 19th century because of the saucer. It has a mark on the base that I cannot trace, it may be a “D” or a beehive, any help would be appreciated and welcome. I have a couple of pictures if needed
