Antique Questions Forum / peacock

Hi all I'm new to this site but I was wondering if anyone could tell me about this peacock I picked up in Philadelphia in an African antique shop . I actually let a jeweler see it and he thought it my be worth something .he claimed it could be from the 30's or 40's help please !!![/img]
