ayy thanks for your reply.

Well the painting is definetly on canvas and on the back of the canvas there is a signature written in pencil but it is really faded. I think it might be real but I am in no rush to get rid of it. Acually last night my father and I were thinking about taking it to and art gallery so your right I should just go to an art gallery and have it checked out.

I'm acually thinking that its a real painting. when u hold it up to the sunlight u can see brush stroke marks. :)

or what about the siginiture? does anybody reconize that.

I have a frame just like that one. I think they are late 1800's to very early 1900's in age. The picture looks like some sort of print to me, rather than a painting. I could be wrong. Either way, i don't think selling this will help you very much in getting any sort of Les Paul.


aaa thats too bad but what do you think I could get for it. You see my my father ment somebody at his job and I gues he's
 a picker and buys antiques. I guess he was gonna come by tomorro and check it out. My dad just doesent wanna get rid of it and find out that its worth more money...

any info on this piece. The painting was hanging up in my house when my parents bought the house 20 years ago. my dad has had it hung up in the garage for the past 20 years and its lookin pretty good. anybody have any idea how much its worth. It looks like some good craftsmenship.

Is this thing worth anything... Would it buy me a vintage gibson les paul. ahaaaaha
