I have a question about a combination coffee and tea pot I inherited from my mother.
I tried to find information on the internet but couldn't.
I wonder if anyone has ever seen anything like it.
It is a combination tea and coffee pot. It stands on a square heating element. It is metal, the warmer is metal with red glass inserts. The pot consist of several parts. 1) the teapot 2) a coffee filter 3) a tea filter 4) a lid 5) heating element stand with fluid container and wick
When all the parts are together it looks like a coffee pot, when you take the coffee filter out it looks like a teapot. I have seen stacking teapots, but this is very different. It has a mark on the bottom Kurz & C 1644
If you would know anything about this kind of pot, I would really appreciate a comment. or a website I could find out more about it.
It all looks well used, but somehow the idea of coffee and tea in the same pot gives me a funny taste in my mouth.
