Antique Questions Forum / Anyone familiar with Napoleon jewelery?

I came across this treasure a few days ago while wondering about Ebay. Now, I'm not THAT big into antiques, but I love jewelry and when I found this I figured it probably had to be worth some value.

It's a brooch with small hand painted pictures of the Bonaparte family. Apparently the seller didn't know much about it, so I attempted to do my own research and it pretty much came out inconclusive. The most I figured out about it was that it was 18k gold and had a trombone clasp, which really doesn't help much.
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Is this a goodsteal buy? Any help is appreciated!
