I have a silver bowl on pedastal with a Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. Quadruple Plate emblem on the bottom. The base has a flower with leaves and a vine that twist up the base and onto the bottom of the bowl. The vines twist around to beocme the handles of the bowl with more leaves that fall over onto the fluted rim of the bowl. The rim is app. 1 1/4" wide. The inside flat bottom of the bowl has a sketch of a castle with a lantern hanging from a window. There are 3 smaller building sketched in front of it on land next to water with birds flying overhead. The drawing is in a square frame with etched vines and leaves surrounding it. I would like to find out some history on the piece and also the value. It has a few pits and nicks on the base but otherwise, in escellent condition.
Thanks,
Joann
