Antique Questions Forum / Gately & Rogers Tea Set

I am in possession of a 4 piece tea set. On the bottom of each piece is stamped Gately & Rogers Quadruple 169. I would like to know if this is a sterling silver set and the approximate age of this set. If any one can be of assistance, please email me at greenzoo@bellsouth.net. Thank you.
