Antique Questions Forum / Staffordshire tea cup

I'm looking for information in regards to two cups I have, made by the same company at the same time.  One is of a lady's face which forms the cup and she is winking.  The second cup is of a man's face which also forms the tea cup and he is also winking.  It say that it's made in staffordshire england on both cups.  I'm trying to find out the rarety of the item and the year they were made.  If anyone knows where I can find the value for these two tea cups as well.
