I also did a search on google to no avail, that is why I posted here.
I wonder if that is even the artist, or maybe it is the title of the piece?

I will tell you what limited info I have. I am guessing the painting is more than 100 years old as it has been in the family for 3 generations now. It is thought to have come from a wealthy Aunt originally from Europe. There seems to be no artist signature that I can find with the frame on. Although you will see the frame is has a small plaque that reads P Anushkin. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated
