Antique Questions Forum / Large dish - antique lead crystal

Large ead crystal dish.  Approximately 14 inches in diameter.  Has large star of David in center.  Very heavy.  Dates to late 20's possibly earlier.  Was given to my mother by a family from Chile, but I don't know if that is where it came from.  Interested in information, maker, value, etc.
