Antique Questions Forum / Need help identifying two large lamps

My grandmother has had these lamps in her house for many years. There are no markings on it to identify a maker. She wants me to start clearing things out for her but I have no idea where to begin as far as pricing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I need help identifying this piece. I was told by someone that it may be an Arts and Crafts piece. Supposidly a man brought it from his country which was Russia or England. He had it in his house over 60 years. I have no idea about this piece or the value. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please see the links to pics.
