Antique Questions Forum / antique lamp

Hello,
Just trying to get a date and possible value guestimate on an antique lamp that belonged to my great grandfather.
It has an Underwriters Lab sticker with an issue number of 41055.
It also has a partial tag on the marlbe base that says
NEMARBEL BASE
Made In Italy
The lamp does not work, and I have not made repairs to it, fearing anything done to it that is new, would decrease its value.
