Antique Questions Forum / Identify date & value of pitcher

I'm looking for information on the pitcher in the attached photos.  I understand the figure is Sir Walter Scott, and the "book" on the other side is "Waverley".  Bottom has "No. 93" (or perhaps 95).

Any info as to date, value, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Next day -- Oh, oh! My attached photos didn't attach.  Can someone help me with this part?
