I have a metal children's table made in the late 40's.  It has a formica top with a metal band around it and metal legs and chairs.  Can anyone tell me if this is valuable, other than being a family heirloom?

Antique Questions Forum / Dunton-Donan Desk

I recently posted about my antique desk.  After more research I am almost sure it is a Dunton-Donan walnut office desk made somewhere around the 1920's.  However there is no mark anywhere except the distributor's mark, Clark & Gibby Inc., New York City.  Does anyone know how I can find out if it, in fact, is a Dunton-Donan?

I have a single pedestal three drawer desk that opens on top to reveal a writing desk inside.  It was made or distributed by Clark & Gibby Inc., New York.  I can find no information about them on the internet.  My desk needs to be restored but I don't want to damage it.  Also, I would like to know it's value.  Can anyone help?
