I know a guy who makes brass pipes and he has a design similar to that w/ a mouthpiece attached through the hole on the base. I highly doubt thats what it is though.

I have seen the ones similar out there but I have not seen them in these colors. So now it makes me curious if these are a little rare. And thanks for all the help.

Might be elves or pixxies or brownies. Im more concerned with how old they might be and what they are worth

They are hand painted the one laying down has Japan on the bottom. Looks like they were made with some type of brown clay.
