Antique Questions Forum / can anyone answer my question

i was left this very old organ by my great grandmother the only information i have on it is CRANE ORGAN 58040 C&S 73139 and also CRANE &SONS.LTD LIVERPOOL LONDON. I am not sure how old it is but would appreciate any information on it and a value thankyou.
