I haven't been able to find any information on a Ht:30" Width:22" Wooden Cocoa Barrel.  Printed on the barrel is "Van Houtens Dutch Process Cocoa", printed is a circle with a little boy carring a tray of hot cocoa, and weight--gross 217 lbs---Nett 200 lbs.  Courious for information.
