Antique Questions Forum / Brass Bed Help

I have an antique brass bed I am thinking of selling but I have no idea how much to ask and can't seem to find any info about the bed or its manufacturer. I thought maybe someone on here could help.
The bed is full size and the headboard is 36" tall, which is shorter than most beds I've seen. It has the following markings that are clearly legible.
Guaranteed Acid Proof
Flint-lac
Aug 4 1914
4465
satin
/6
Philadelphia, Pa.
Then it has a name that I can't make out. The first part I can read is "Wm H Mc" and the rest looks like "Maneo".
Any ideas?
