Hi, I have an unusual broach which I would really like to be identified for my grandmother.
It has a continental Silver base with unusual markings on the reverse with a Woman's cameo carved face, smooth (probably ivory) on top.
I took it to the local auctioneer who was unable to identify the markings/hallmarks but believed it to be very old and of Egyptian origin.
