Can anyone help me identify this silver on copper teapot? I am thinking it is 1800-1900 Dutch/German.

I am attaching the pics of the bottom markings.

own a few pairs of Joan & David. they have he couture line which is always made in Italy or France and are priced accordingly. I bought a pair and they ran on sale for about $500.00. I was able to buy Joan and David shoes on sale for 40 bucks and they were made in Spain. I have another paid that was made in USA. Did not hear about this co. actually made in China, rather do not have a pair that was made in China.

Looks like Italian and I wouldn't be surprised if it states somewhere on the pin Made in Italy... I have sold many pieces in my day.
