Antique Questions Forum / PLEASE HELP...with finding out what this is!!

I need some help with finding out what this is. There is no number or name on it anywhere. My Mother-n-law got this out of her Mother's house after she passed away. It has a cord to plug it in for electrical and it has a crank handle on it. We are not sure what it is at all and do not know where to start. If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
