Antique Questions Forum / old hitchcock crest mug?

I bought this old mug. its marked 1892 on the handle. theres a crest on the front. im attaching photos.
on the bottom is some sort of makers mark and a stamp of 1960.

does anyone have any information on this mug or know of a website that would have information on its history?
