Antique Questions Forum / Help with antique Jaeger portable tachometer please!

Hey guys happened to be out yard saling today and i came across a 1951 jaeger portable tachometer. Comes with original box which on the top says jaeger manufacturing co, new york but it is pretty dirty and you cant really see it. Inside the box it is missing one piece. Also in the box is the original jaeger instructions paper, and a paper that says US air forces tachometer. OCAMA type-4050A    Serial number 9366.    Date 6/9/51. Also has a couple different initials of inspectors on it. Was just looking for any information on it as i could not find that much online and also wandering what it might be worth. Any help would be appreciated! thanks guys.
