What are they made of?

Midway down

Don't think it will go for $98.

KOK Trading Compay was established 1987, Mableton, GA

Made of some sort of hard plastic or resin.

Lets just say I was reaffirming what they were !! Your thumbnails are difficult to tell !!

You know you can click on them to get full-sized pictures, right?  :)

If you are selling the set, don't call it a "tap and die set" which would be used for cutting threads. This would be a "steel letter and number die stamp set". I'm guessing the value on an unmarked set such as this might fall in the $40 to $80 range.

I have no clue what I'm doing with it yet.  I'll probably just put it on eBay with a start of $20.  I don't really have the room (or interest in this particular piece).
Thanks for that advice!!

If it was blatantly obvious what they were from your thumbnails,, I wouldn`t have asked !!

I'm not sure if you're telling or asking what they are.  I need to find dates and value on them.

My Dad called it a "juice harp" because it made his mouth water !!  I am well familiar with those !!

Are you talking about jaw harps?  They're commonly called juice harps and occasionally Jew's harps.  I have a few of them laying around.

I'm fairly new to antiques, but this has got me completely stumped.  I haven't seen anything like these.  I think they're absolutely beautiful.
The only information I could get is that on one of these, the bottom has a sticker that says "K.O.K." which I believe was an old Chinese manufacturer.

The crazy thing is that these still work.  The light illuminates the mermaid (with several different colors - assuming it's from lenses on the inside).  On the other one, the circular part lights up.
I believe the guy said he'd owned these since the 70's, but wasn't sure about the history of them before he got a hold of them.

And the 2nd one:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Trying to figure the age, value, and rarity of these.
Also, for what it's worth, they're both roughly 18" tall and weigh about 15-20 lbs - hefty little things.

Nice set but have to wait on the guys for this !!  A bit out of my area !!

Anxiously waiting.  I have a lot of very old tools, but this is the most unique one I own.

Someone just gave me this and said they figured it was from the 1950's, but he wasn't sure.  He didn't know the brand, or the value.
Of course, neither do I.
I couldn't find anything on Google or eBay that looked quite like this.

Has anybody seen this before?  Any idea as to its value?  (click thumbs for full sized pictures)
