Sorry, yes I meant the figures in the windowsill. I thought I posted that, though I see I missed it.

Thank you for the replies so far. After searching for 'head vase' I've found much more similar pieces to what I've seen.

I first saw these in an antique shop earlier this week, then again in the picture below yesterday. Today I saw them in an episode of Hoarders. Does anyone know what they are called or the designer/maker? I've tried doing a few internet searches and came up with other vintage looking busts, but not quite like these.
