Antique Questions Forum / Bone handled knives-please help!

Hi,

I am looking for some knives like those in the picture attached and have looked everywhere (markets, internet) but no no avail. They are bone handles and have a specific blade.

Any help as to what they are and where I might be able to find them would be very much appreciated!
