haha thanks for your help, I stripped the clown and took these pics. I also found under the chest piece which is stitched down an inscription in the ceramic ANONA '85 ?

Hi everyone,
I've been moving house and came across a old item that has been stored for awhile. It was given to me by a lady in her late 80's and it was passed on to her at a young age from a relative. There is no stamp on the sad clown, or marks. It is in great condition, no cracks or rips..
The face, neck, shoulders are porcelain as are the hands. Around  23" tall Would anyone have any info on it? Greatly appreciated.
