Antique Questions Forum / Old Howe scale

I have a very old Howe Scale.  It looks like a Wells Fargo type.   I can send a jpeg to anyone who cares to help me out figuring out what its worth is.  One on Ebay looks similar to it and the bidding now is over $500???
