It looks a little like Moser to me, enamelled cranberry glass. But I know very little about glass.

Those dovetails are similar to the ones I would expect to see on the piece I linked to.

I'm sorry I can't help you with restoration costs etc as I'm in the UK.

Im on a tablet so I can't get a decent look at the photos. The dovetails would help. Where the drawer front is connected to the sides of the drawers.

This is a similar looking piece. Fully restored and pristine.

Does anyone know what the mark on this terracotta pipe is? Any idea of age or any information appreciated. Unfortunately there are some chips to the lip of the bowl so it's value is limited but I would like to know more about it.

Hi guys,
I'm really hoping you will be able to help me out here. I have a nice necklace that I have had for years. It was filthy when I got it and I never bothered with it until now (son in college, fees to find ::) ). I have washed it with soap and water which has uncovered a Mexico mark. There is a B type shape in the centre of the mark but I can't make out the rest. I have tried polishing this part and it hasn't helped.
The face appears to be onyx but I'm not sure about the other stones. They are cold to the touch and feel glassy on my teeth but they have got an iridescence like tigers eye.
Can anyone suggest what the stones may? Glass? Age of piece? Similar ones I've seen on net are 40s to 60s. Is this later? Any idea of maker? Could it be silver? It feels and looks like silver.
Any help much appreciated.

Here in the UK it was around the 1790s I believe, that the purity mark was introduced although they had been marking gold and silver since the 1300s routinely (and even in Roman times I guess.) We used Ct rather than K but it's just the same. I assume the US will have introduced the K around the same sort of time?

I'm afraid my knowledge of US jewellery is limited. One of the reasons I'm here ;D . I'm very rusty on the UK stuff too. So I may be corrected on that yet. But I'm always happy to learn.

It is a fleur de lis chatelaine pin I believe.

Found one on jansjewells.com that you could look at for comparison, see what you think?
